Introduction

All humans experience some form of struggle in their lives and you don't have to do this alone. Clients tell me I am caring, compassionate and easy to talk to. I will treat you with respect and dignity in a totally judge free zone. I am comfortable leading the way or traveling alongside you on your journey. We will determine the path together. I have over 15 years experience as a psychotherapist serving clients with trauma related issues, anxiety, depression, PTSD, family/relationship stressors, chronic medical problems and employment stressors. As a retiree of the Army National Guard, I am familiar with military jargon and culture. I have worked in Child Protective Services and for the Department of Veterans Affairs. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) fully trained in the modality of Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). I am willing to answer any questions you may have about the therapy process. It is an honor to be part of your healing journey each step of the way. HEAL and be FREE in 2023!
