During many transitions in life, especially with becoming a parent/caregiver in a variety of ways - together, we can hold space for your struggles and growth, broaden your understanding of the bias we are constantly surrounded by and are dealing with and increase awareness of your own presence within your environment. My background includes individual and group support for pregnant and postpartum birthing folks with anxiety and mood disorders. I also provide nurturing spaces for young children and their caregiver in strengthening relationships through new coping skills and mindfulness when adverse experiences and trauma disrupt a family's wellbeing. I support the entire family by holding space for all types of caregivers and their children in the community.
