Dr. Hila Sachs is a New York and Florida-licensed clinical psychologist. She focuses on support through the perinatal period, by fostering a safe space, guiding individuals through the unique challenges faced during matrescence, and building resilience on the journey through parenthood. Dr. Sachs received her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from PGSP-Stanford Consortium. She is also an active member of Postpartum Support International and Women’s Mental Health Consortium. Through her training, she has cultivated her passion for guiding women through intentional transitions to motherhood. Dr. Sachs customizes each treatment plan and session to you. She focuses on holistic care, and utilizes a variety of modalities based on your needs. Some modalities include: CBT, relational psychotherapy, ACT, and CBT-I for insomnia.
