My passion is to help others. I specialize in OCD and PTSD treatment and always provide a calm, supportive environment for my clients. I have experience working with people of all ages in both in-person and telehealth settings. My primary therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I specialize in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) Therapy for OCD and Prolonged Exposure (PE) Therapy for PTSD. I also utilize techniques from other approaches including Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy. It is my belief that people have the ability to create change in their thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors in order to live more fulfilling and satisfying lives.
