My approach involves integrating various theoretical perspectives to create a comprehensive method. Specifically, I specialize in in-depth psychotherapy using Carl Jung's approach and relational therapy. My focus is on exploring the connections between our physical senses, emotional well-being, unhealthy thought patterns, and our unconscious mind. My belief is that unresolved conflicts from the past can negatively impact our present relationships, creating unwanted patterns.
