Holly Evans

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, PMH-C Holly Evans, LMFT|PMH-C
Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Perinatal Mental Health

Introduction

I'm certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C through Postpartum Support International) and EMDR (EMDRIA), and I specialize in trauma recovery. I work with women and feminine identifying people who have experienced traumas (sexual, physical, emotional abuse, birth related traumas, infertility/pregnancy loss, TFMR, NICU experience, infant loss); and parents experiencing postpartum depression, anxiety, and PTSD. My approach is attachment and trauma focused, tailoring therapy to your unique experiences and needs. This includes building coping skills to help you calm yourself and cope with distress, exploring and understanding how past experiences and relationships are affecting you now, and EMDR and talk therapy to process and heal from trauma and other disturbing experiences.
