I offer individual psychodynamic psychotherapy to adults 21+ at my West Seattle office and online (WA state residents only). Meeting with you once or twice weekly, we sit together with your emotional world, listening and reflecting. As therapist I aim to bring a sensitive mind to this task. I work to help you bear what is difficult, to grow your emotional mind, and to develop deeper relationships both to the painful places in you and to your unique aliveness. Over time you may find yourself recognizing changes.
