Introduction

Hi there, I'm Hope. I'm all about creating a safe and judgment-free space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. Together, we'll dig deep, gain some insight, and come up with practical strategies to help you make positive changes in your life. Over the last 20 years, I have worked with children, teens, and adults of all ages through counseling and various ministries. I went to WSU (Go Cougs!) and earned a BA in Social Science and went on earn MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. For 6 intense years I was a foster parent and now have adopted 3 children. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate in Washington State. I use a person-centered approach to therapy and draw from other modalities including CBT, DBT, family systems therapy, and attachment based therapy. Along with more traditional methods, I love to use video games, art therapy, and play therapy techniques in sessions. I specialize in helping people work through TRAUMA, understand and thrive with NEURODIVERGENCE (such as ADHD and AUSTISM), DEPRESSION, and GRIEF. Please feel free to contact me with any questions! I am currently accepting new clients and would love to work with you or your children. *as an Associate I am under the supervision of Kathryn Murray, MSW, LICSW*
