Howdy! I'm Hope, a trauma-informed counselor with experience using narrative, experiential, and ecotherapy in practice. I believe in helping people connect with themselves and the world around them through a variety of avenues. Whether it is nature, archetypes, or geek culture, metaphor is everywhere, and I think it is an amazing avenue for healing. I have experience working with military and veteran populations, with LGBTQIA+ folx, individuals with religious trauma, among other populations.
