Idalmys Justi, APRN, PMHNP-BC I am Idalmys Justi, a registered nurse practitioner with a deep dedication to the mental and emotional well-being of my patients. Born in Cuba, I graduated as a doctor in 1995, but my desire to expand my knowledge and skills led me to move to the United States in 1998. With a solid medical background, I completed my Family Nurse Practitioner curriculum and finished my post-master’s in psychiatry. Throughout my career, I have found a special passion for working in mental health, helping those facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and bipolar disorder. My journey into this field began with a deep interest in how mental health intersects with overall well-being. As a medical doctor from another country, I transitioned into the U.S. healthcare system and have worked as a registered nurse and a family nurse practitioner. This diverse experience has shaped my holistic approach to care, focusing on treating the whole person rather than just symptoms. I specialize in helping clients navigate challenges related to ADHD, anxiety, and depression. My approach is integrated and compassionate, aiming to tailor treatments to each individual's unique needs. I believe in creating a supportive environment where clients feel heard and empowered. By addressing mental health concerns alongside physical health, my goal is to help clients achieve a more balanced and fulfilling life. Whether you're looking for guidance with managing ADHD, coping with anxiety, or overcoming depression, I'm here to support you on your journey to wellness. Also im focus on empathy and support, creating a safe environment where my patients can explore and heal their experiences. I firmly believe in the power of the mind and the importance of mental health in quality of life. I am here to guide you on your path to wellness and to help you find the peace and stability you deserve.
