I am glad that you are here seeking support. Finding a clinician that fits you and your therapeutic needs is immensely important to the healing process. Therefore, let me tell you a little about myself. I have been a practicing licensed mental health therapist since 2008. I have education in developmental psychology (lifespan) with an emphasis in mental health counseling. I have accreditation with the National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC) as a National Certified Counselor (NCC). I have had extensive clinical training in treating depression, anxiety, and trauma. I practice from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy framework including Cognitive Processing Therapy, CBT Plus, and Trauma Focused CBT. I strive to balance the emotional, social, cultural, behavioral, and spiritual needs of the individuals I work with. As your therapist, my goal to establish a person-centered environment that provides the opportunity to engage in therapeutic emotional processing, attain the skill sets to manage symptoms, and find strength in persevering through suffering. My passion is working with individuals that are on a path of finding meaning in the suffering they are enduring and regain joy (the enduring sense of well-being). Suffering in the form depression, anxiety, grief, adjustment, loss, trauma, self-worth, and religious issues inhibit the ability to experience the gifts of joy, love, and connection. Healing the emotional wounds of your soul, mid, and heart will help to alleviate unnecessary suffering. I have experience supporting individuals on their healing journey from secular and Christian integrated therapy approaches. Offering secure Telehealth appointments. I am working towards accepting insurance plans. I am currently accepting Aetna. More to come soon! I can offer a "super bill" for you to submit with your insurance provider for possible reimbursement. Electronic payment for services will be submitted securely online through Simple Practice. I look forward to working with you! Be well, Fabian
