Introduction

Are you a high achiever and/or people pleaser who feels stuck, burned out, and like you’re constantly at your limit? Maybe you’re a working professional, a parent, a caregiver—or juggling all of these roles—and the weight of seemingly endless responsibilities has left you feeling overwhelmed and out of alignment with what truly matters. If that sounds familiar, I want you to know you’re not alone, and you don’t have to navigate this alone either. I specialize in online therapy for adults who are struggling with burnout, perfectionism, compassion fatigue, and work-life imbalance. These challenges can often be associated with stress, anxiety, depression, and even trauma-related symptoms—but they don’t have to take over your life. I believe therapy should feel supportive, collaborative, and empowering. I bring warmth, curiosity, humor, and a non-judgmental attitude into every session. You’re not a diagnosis to me—you’re a unique, multi-faceted person with a story, strengths, and values that matter deeply. I know what it’s like to try to balance competing roles—whether that’s being a professional, parent, caregiver, or student—and to feel like you’re falling short everywhere. Together, we’ll work toward creating a life that feels more balanced and aligned with your values, goals, and what truly matters most to you. I use research-backed approaches to address the specific challenges you’re facing. These might include components of: -Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) -Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) -Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) -Mindfulness and compassion-focused therapies -Trauma-informed treatments In our work, I’ll help you change your relationship to unhelpful thought patterns, better manage intense emotions, and develop meaningful habits that create real change. You’ll also practice skills between sessions that are tailored to your unique goals, so you feel confident applying them in daily life. My ultimate goal is to equip you with tools to continue thriving long after therapy ends. If you're ready to make a change, please do not hesitate to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation to see if we could be a good fit!
