Have you found yourself spiraling out of control trying to catch everything life throws your way? I can relate, as a Mom, Therapist, and a Small Business Owner, I wear multiple hats daily. Each hat comes with different challenges. I’ve learned ways to cope during these challenges and at times been able to overcome many of the challenges that come with being a Super Human. I’m still learning and overcoming and hope to facilitate a space where you can start learning and overcoming. Some challenges may be as a result of previous trauma, losses or behavioral or relationship conflict. If the healing journey has not started, then we may begin to experience higher levels of anxiety, and depression and feel more stressed than usual. While experiencing these challenges it can be hard to picture better days and deal with daily responsibilities During times of life challenges, it is important to have someone to lean on and provide a safe non-judgmental space where you can freely express yourself, unpack some previous experiences, receive guidance and learn coping skills. That’s where I come in to help teaching you different tools and techniques.
