I find working with new parents, children, and families incredibly rewarding. Family is important to me, and I believe each individual plays an important role in the happiness of the family unit. That is why I take care to address each persons concerns, teach different skills to improve behavior and use evidenced based approaches to alleviate stressors. Although there are many great interventions and avenues to psychotherapy, I often use a client centered and strength-based approach, meaning I genuinely care for your wellbeing, empathize with your concerns, and create a space that is free from judgement; additionally, we will work together using your strengths to address areas of strain. I received my Bachelors in Psychology from DePaul University and went to complete my Masters in Clinical Psychology from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Sciences. I am licensed as a Clinical Professional Counselor, and registered yoga teacher.
