India is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration of Justice from Howard University and a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. India has experience providing counseling services to a variety of individuals, particularly couples and families. India has training in trauma-informed care and utilizes a collaborative and compassionate approach to counseling in an effort to foster hope, healing and resilience. Her specialties also include, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical-Behavior Therapy (DBT), Crisis/Trauma Therapy, Substance Abuse Therapy, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Child Therapy. India enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, cooking, and listening to podcasts.
