Hi, I’m Ingle Reid and I work with individuals who struggle with anxiety, anger, depression and low self-esteem. I do so with the use of modalities that may include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client-Centered Therapy and Solution- Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). When elicited, I also offer the incorporation of Christian based support as well. The first step to getting help with your struggles, is to first acknowledge that you need it. That isn’t always easy. So, the fact that you are here is a huge step in that direction; for that you should be very proud of yourself. It has been my passion to do what I can to help those who are in need.
