Greetings! I use my training in Neuroscience and Emotionally Focused Therapy in concert to work effectively through disconnects within yourself and your loved ones. I believe in a client-centered approach, unconditional positive regard, and a client-therapist relationship that provides emotional safety and emotional growth. I help my clients integrate their emotions into their lives in a way that is functional and improves their relationships and their quality of life.
