Thank you for taking the time to read my bio. As stated above my name is Ingrid and I am a Clinically Licensed Social Worker/ Therapist who has been in the field for over 15 years. I take pride in creating safe spaces for BIPOC, LGBTQ+, Active & Retired Military, Immigrants/ First generation, and adults who feel like they are standing in the intersections of life.. The work that I perform is centered around a solution-focused approach which is a model that is goal driven. I work closely to understand the goals of my clients and mutually figure out the best way to move forward to obtain their desired outcome. This goal directed approach is respectful to my clients and their life style. This approached is tailored to fit my clients needs.
