Welcome! I am an anxiety therapist specializing in perfectionism and self-esteem. Anxiety can wreak havoc in many areas of your life; your work performance may suffer, relationships with loved ones may become strained, sleep quality declines, and your physical health may even be affected as a result of constant worry and tension. If you suffer from anxiety, it is likely that you also tend to be very hard on yourself and engage in perfectionistic behaviors and beliefs. The paradox of anxiety and perfectionism is that they tend to feed one the other, and may ultimately impact your self-esteem. You do not have to continue struggling with this on your own. My passion is to help adults reconnect with their "inner knowing", an intuitive compass we all possess that helps us connect with our self-worth, our values and ultimately, our inner peace. When we are connected with this inner knowing, we can more adequately take on challenges and overcome fear of failure, improve self-doubt and better manage our anxiety so that we can show up fully and confidently in all areas of our life.
