We are a relational-talk therapy telehealth group practice providing services to high-achieving college students, professionals, and couples. SITUATIONS WE HELP WITH: - Life Transitions - Trauma - Relationships Issues - Communication Issues - Challenging Family Dynamics - Assertiveness/Boundary Setting Skills SYMPTOMS WE TREAT (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO): - Stress & Anxiety - Perfectionism - Depression - Low Self-Esteem - Lack of Confidence - Relational trauma/PTSD OUR APPROACH & STYLE: We believe that the relationship between the client and therapist is paramount to successful treatment. Your clinician will check in with you during the course of therapy about how you think therapy treatment is working for you. OUR INTENTION is to help clients gain self-awareness, along with providing clients the language and skills to then promote change, if they choose to do so. WE DILIGENTLY stay attuned to our clients in sessions and to guide them in processing the reactions that do arise in the moment. THEORETICAL ORIENTATION: We use a relational theoretical framework with integrative techniques. Meaning, the relationships and life experiences that someone has had, shapes who they are today and influences how they view themselves, others, and the world. Everyone has unique needs and thus our clinicians will pull from other evidence-based therapies (e.g., DBT, CBT, CPT, and mindfulness and relaxation techniques) to tailor and provide specific, targeted treatments as well. CLINICAL CONSULTATION: We have a process-oriented approach when it comes to providing clinical supervision. We believe it is important to have a safe space to explore your own experience sitting with clients to work through any countertransference or stuck points along the way. We can examine what your reactions, wishes, and desires are for your clients and how this may or may not be impacting the work that you do. Please contact us today by e-mail.
