Welcome to Mosaic Integrated Counseling, where we are dedicated to helping individuals persevere through compassionate and evidence-based therapeutic intervention. My name is Inyang Udo-Ema, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona. With over thirteen years of experience in the behavioral health field, I utilize a trauma-informed approach to support my clients in their journey toward healing and growth. I integrate a variety of evidence-based modalities tailored to meet each client's unique needs, including Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). I have extensive experience working with individuals experiencing co-occurring symptoms, particularly those navigating substance use challenges and striving to maintain long-term recovery. In addition, I am proud to have experience serving the LGBTQ+ community and am committed to providing affirming, inclusive care for all individuals.
