Introduction

I work with both adolescents/adults and specialize in anxiety, depression, and trauma using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy in order to help my clients create change and move towards a better path. Goal setting is a key component in treatment, therefore throughout my work with clients, an emphasis will be placed on the collaborative effort of both the client and me. I will also be focusing on building trust, respect, and understanding in the beginning session which will be a long process throughout treatment. It's not a one-size-fits-all type of approach, so sessions are tailored to the needs of my clients.
