Introduction

I'm a bilingual therapist helping clients of all backgrounds navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and anything else life might be throwing your way I am particularly committed to supporting mothers and parents through pregnancy, birth, parenthood and beyond. My work focuses on compassionate support, radical acceptance and restoring a felt sense of strength. Sessions are offered via tele-health with limited in person availability upon request. I am a native Spanish speaker and offer therapy in both Spanish and English Solidarity rates available, don't hesitate to reach out!
