Are you an adolescent navigating your self-worth, expression, or relationship dynamics? Are you an adult navigating heartbreak, mental wellness and how to develop better coping skills? Are you a work horse who can't seem to get a break? My holistic and integrative perspective includes focus on the mind, body and spirit. While you have everything you need inside, sometimes we need someone to bring it to light. I create a space of empathy, safety and hope where you can begin your journey towards healing and growth. At times of loss, despair, longing, and hopelessness it can be difficult to know where to go for support. With my time in education and knowledge of local resources I love providing tools and unconditional positive regard to my clients with some humor. I provide a compassionate, optimistic and down to earth experience for my clients as we work together in a comfortable environment. As a mom, diagnosed with chronic fatigue and a hearing impairment, I empathize with most. My perspective on holistic health, keeps me openminded towards avenues of treatment for mental, physical and spiritual health.
