Introduction
As we know it, there can be a wide variety of experiences in our relationships. Positive times can bring us so much joy. Whereas, challenging times can feel more painful to navigate. Understandably, it can be difficult to find a balance and acknowledge strong emotions, be honest and communicate how we feel, and work through our differences. Therefore, it would be my honor to help support clients to a place that feels safe to acknowledge all parts of ourselves and our relationships. For my specialties, my professional training supports individual, couples, and family treatment modalities. I have worked with various populations who have struggled with challenges including - but not limited to - relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
