We provide specialized therapy for individuals struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationship issues using strength based treatment approaches. Treatment approaches include: Prolonged Exposure (PE), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
