I work with adults on addressing trauma, overcoming OCD and anxiety (e.g., panic, social anxiety, generalized anxiety), improving mood, learning how to behaviorally manage ADHD, and resolving relationship challenges. I use cognitive behavioral therapy (or CBT) and exposure-based treatments to help people address their symptoms, break unhelpful patterns, and improve their quality of life.
