Introduction

Your story matters. You matter. You story didn't end at the lowest point; I'm here to help you get where you want to be in the life you write as you move into your next chapter. Creating beauty out of tragedy is hard work, but you can do hard things. You survived, that's the hardest part. Healing from trauma is a deeply personal journey, and you don’t have to do it alone. I specialize in working with survivors of sexual assault, PTSD, and those navigating complex trauma. I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences, regain a sense of safety, and build the resilience to move forward. I also offer affirming therapy for members of the BDSM and kink community, recognizing the importance of a therapist who understands your identity without pathologizing it. Whether you’re seeking support for trauma, relationship dynamics, or personal growth, I am here to help you process and heal on your own terms. I tailor our work together to your unique needs, in whatever way that looks for you. My goal is to empower you with the tools to reclaim your voice, restore self-trust, and find a renewed sense of agency in your life. You deserve support from someone who truly understands. Reach out today—I look forward to walking alongside you in your healing journey.
