Introduction

I want to create a calm, inviting space where we are inspired to work together and a fun place to celebrate your victories as each goal is conquered! Maybe you are here to gain insight and learn how to be a better parent, or it could be for your own anxiety, insomnia, depression, or relationships. I want to invite people of all faiths who are working on their spiritual journeys, finding balance, and healing their soul wounds. My therapeutic approaches are Person Centered and Trust Based Relational Therapy, but I am generally very eclectic. Since I am undergoing the licensing process I am under the supervision of Shelbie Michaels, LPC-S.
