Introduction

I am excited to introduce to you Triumph Counseling Services. Hi I am Jake Smith and I am a Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I have been a counselor for about 15 years. Thirteen of those years were spent as a Licensed Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor. About 2 years ago I obtained a Clinical Mental Health Counselor License which allowed me to follow my passion and expand the work I do in helping individuals and couples discover their power within to take back control and triumph over those struggles they face. Through an extensive background in the world of sports, I also have the skills and tools to help athletes gain that mental toughness that will help them meet their goals in whatever athletic pursuits they have. I look forward to meeting you and helping you take back control and triumph over life.
