My primary focus in the room is the therapeutic relationship between you and me. I believe that creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable and at ease will allow us to have an authentic, open experience with one another. I approach counseling from a person-centered perspective and will treat you with unconditional positive regard. When you feel like you are truly seen and heard then change has the opportunity to grow. I am here to help you make sense and understand your world around you. With a person-centered approach, it is my job to walk beside you on your therapeutic journey and follow your lead. My goal is to serve adults and couples in the Gallatin Valley who feel like they need extra support. Carl Rogers stated: "In every therapeutic orientation people are helped. They feel more comfortable in themselves." If you are ready to feel more comfortable with yourself and feel in control of your situation, then reach out and see if you think you and I would make a good team
