My name is Jacqueline ilana Bradford ( I prefer to be called ilana) and I am a Marriage Couples and Family Therapist, exclusively working with couples and occasionally working with individuals. I am a wife of 43 years to a retired disabled Veteran, a mother, grandmother and great grandmother. I have over 34 years of experience as a practical nurse, early childhood educator, outreach counselor and 10 years as a professional counselor. Many of my clients tell me " I like that you bring life experiences into the therapy room." I have had the honor to study under Drs John and Julie Gottman of the Gottman Institute, completing Levels I,II,III, of Gottman Method of Couples Therapy, Gottman's Couples in Recovery, and Treating Trauma and Affairs. I also completed post graduate courses in ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and TFACT (Trauma Focused Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). My passion as a therapist is to assist couples as they build meaningful a resilient relationship and assist individuals in living their intended life's goals.
