Introduction

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, Registered Play Therapist, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Certified Therapist committed to helping people of all ages learn how to be the best versions of themselves. My work focuses on utilization of play with children, child-parent relationship training, sandtray therapy, and targeting areas of memories where people have gotten stuck to help them move forward in their lives through EMDR. I work with people to find what fits for their lives and work with them to find something that best fits who they want to be. I believe that everyone knows themselves best and it is my job to see the world as they view it and work to be a sounding board to positively grow.
