Hello, and welcome! My name is Jackie Franciscus and I am a New Jersey Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), National Certified Counselor (NCC) and New Jersey certified school counselor. I am passionate about providing quality, professional therapy to all clients. I wholly embrace the privilege to support and empower my clients as they overcome challenges and make positive changes, cultivating hope, resilience, and overall wellness. I provide support to children of all ages, adolescents, and adults. In addition to working well with school-aged children, I particularly enjoy working with young adults transitioning from adolescence into adulthood. I am also experienced in supporting new mothers and/or those coping with postpartum issues. I incorporate a client-centered mix of evidenced-based therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness and play therapy. As a former school counselor, my comprehensive understanding of the school setting and educational processes is of great benefit and provides a unique perspective when counseling school-aged children. I am a dedicated helping professional who is fully committed to the personal growth and fulfillment of my clients. Together, we will assess and identify needs and areas for improvement, build upon individual strengths and collaborate to seek and integrate innovative and productive solutions. I am the proud mother of two and an Orangetheory Fitness enthusiast. You will often find me with a vanilla latte in hand, listening to country music, or watching The Office. I enjoy traveling and exploring the world through the eyes of my children.
