I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Washington, and provide virtual appointments to individuals and couples in Washington state. I have been in practice since 2014. I began working with Veterans and their families, then worked in community mental health. I am a trauma specialist. Other areas of interest are working with Veterans, first responders, college students and the LGBTQIA+ community for various issues including anxiety, depression, PTSD and couple's counseling.
