My name is Dr. Jade Kobayashi (she/her), I am a clinical psychologist based in Louisiana and Michigan, and I work with individuals, couples, and families providing flexible treatment plans and therapy. I specialize in treating complex concerns, including trauma/PTSD, panic disorder, interpersonal dysfunction, ADHD, intimacy issues, and persistent anxiety and depression. I enjoy working with clients and couples seeking help with depression, and anxiety, understanding neurodiversity, LGBTQA+ concerns, intimacy, attachment trauma, and racial injustice/intergenerational trauma. I take a non-judgmental and flexible stance in therapy, and I am happy to work on short- and long-term goals. I enjoy humor and openness, and believe that the alliance between therapist and client/couple is key to growth. I am primarily teletherapy and offer evening appointments and flexible scheduling.
