Are you dealing with anxiety, stress, or sadness? Or in constant worrying making it difficult to get things done? If so, I get it. When you’re struggling with your mental health, sometimes just getting through the day is a challenge. Processing trauma can be even more difficult, especially when you feel like you’re tackling it alone. That’s where I come in. My name is Jae, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). As your therapist, it’s my job to help you through life's tough chapters and empower you to be your happiest, healthiest self. How can I help? I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), all therapies that have their way of helping you deal with what you’re struggling with. I specialize in working with people ages 13 and up with trauma, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, grief, and Borderline Personality Disorder. After working as a school social worker, I’m also familiar with assisting students and parents with various accommodations, IEPs, and section 504 plans. If you’re ready to take the first step toward starting a new therapy journey, reach out to schedule a consultation or an appointment.
