Asking for help isn’t easy. It can feel scary, painful, and overwhelming. Yet, I believe it is worth the risk when you know you are not alone. That’s why when you are ready to ask for help, I am here to provide a trustworthy, safe, and collaborative counseling relationship. I have successfully helped others with trauma/PTSD, anxiety, negative thoughts, PMDD, and other women's health issues. I offer a comforting, warm, and genuine atmosphere, and use a variety of interventions including both EMDR and Somatic Experiencing (SE) for trauma. I also enjoy incorporating education, tools, and humor to help you feel at ease. Whether you have goals in mind or aren’t sure where to start, my goal is to work together so you feel safe, heard, and excited about life. On a personal note, I was a single parent for nine years and have learned that life is best lived with others who care. That's why, I would be honored if you asked me for help.
