Introduction

Thanks for reaching out. I'm a Puerto Rican bilingual sex positive therapist. I conduct sessions online mainly in Spanish and English. My work is informed by these core beliefs: First, that you are not a problem. Problems are created by the stories we come to believe of us based on past experiences, relationships, or impressions we have learned to think others have os us. Second, that in our work together we can uncover strengths in you that are present but not evident that will broaden and strengthen the way you can see yourself and do life. I offer free online consultations to explore how we can work together. I look forward to our conversations.
