Introduction

Allow me to introduce myself so that we can start together on your journey towards your best self. My education and interests in Psychology began at Fordham University in which I graduated in 2008 with a BS in Psychology. I went on to explore my interests with helping others find themselves and get through the many obstacles we encounter in life by obtaining an MA at NJCU in Counseling. I have worked over the past 6 years in home giving intensive counseling to youths across various age groups as well as parents in need of coaching. I am also a certified Nurturing Parent Coach which can be helpful to parents struggling with the mental health needs of their children. Through these experiences, I have been able to reach many adolescents and families struggling with various mental health issues such as: anxiety, depression, eating disorders, mood disorders, and self-esteem issues. I look forward to meeting with you and guiding you to the life you deserve.
