I work with those experiencing life transitions, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, symptoms of trauma, low self-esteem, marital/interpersonal relationship issues, and the perinatal population. I am a Person-Centered Therapist who leads with mindfulness strategies and use of techniques from Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, the Gottman Method, Somatic Therapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy. My goal is to identify strengths and values, grow self-awareness and self-compassion, and explore coping skills in order to assist you in facing the challenges that support goals.
