My mission is providing a nonjudgmental and empathetic space of healing. I’ll introduce and utilize tools to enhance personal strengths and unpack areas of growth. I utilize a variety of contextual, intersectional, and cross-cultural techniques to maintain a holistic wellness point of view. I am experienced in working with children, families, LGBTQ+ and interpersonal relationships. As a Black therapist I specialize in minority mental health however, I provide a safe space for all to heal and gain interpersonal insights and skills. I believe in empowered healing and a solution-based approach that is collaborative in the change process. I incorporate various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness to help clients reach their goals.
