Hey there! It's important for me to help foster a space for you to show up as your authentic self. Whether we're dressed up or both wearing something a little more casual in-session, I’m excited to get to connect as people living on the same rock. If you struggle with depression, PTSD, anxiety, or any spectrum of trauma please know that you're not alone. Therapy can sometimes feel scary; together we’ll work to understand your struggles, and make sure we find an approach to fit your unique needs. You won’t have to face this journey by yourself. I have training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) which is an evidence based therapy of efficiently addressing a wide-array of traumas that may have you feeling stuck. My further experience also includes working with individuals who suffer from chronic illness other medical related challenges.
