In today's world It can be so difficult to connect to our truth and live as our authentic selves. My mission is to create a non-judgmental, supportive and affirmative environment that will encourage you to heal, to grow and to reach your fullest potential. Through collaboration, empathetic listening and challenging negative patterns and beliefs we will work together and help you reach your goals. Embarking on a therapeutic journey takes hard work, vulnerability and commitment. So if you are willing to put in the work I am committed to helping you succeed. I completed my BA of Psychology at UCLA and Masters/MFT at USC as well as extensive clinical training at the Los Angeles LGBT Center. I specialize in Trauma, depression, anxiety, LGBTQIA clients and issues related to culture & identity. I utilize approaches in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing (SE) and Compassionate Inquiry (CI) as well as mindfulness and meditation practices. Through mindful awareness, empathy and exploring our relationships we can uncover and move past what keeps us stuck or holds us back. With all of my intersecting identities I understand the importance of community and the detrimental impacts that systemic racial and social injustice bring. I am also aware of how hard it is to find help from someone who is acutely aware and can identify with these unique challenges. Exploring topics of race, culture, identity, etc. will always be welcome and valued.
