Introduction
Specializing in marriage counseling (especially those struggling with infidelity, addiction, high levels of conflict, dissatisfaction, inability to communicate or "stage of life" changes), right now, most of my clients are first responders (fire, police, EMT, hospital staff), couples, trauma survivors, those in addiction recovery and those struggling with grief and loss. For over three decades, I have worked effectively with individuals of all ages and families of all types and persuasions. I employ both evidence-based and observation-based practices but believe experience is always the best predictor of success. Psychotherapy can be a lot of things but it is first and foremost a vehicle for healing; it can be a powerful tool to help enrich and renew our primary relationships, expand our perspective and achieve our life's aspirations and goals. I look forward to accompanying you on your own "pursuit of happiness" wherever it may lead! Telehealth now allows me access to clients I never had the chance to reach or work with as frequently and consistently as I do now. No one needs to suffer alone with the pain of loss or loneliness.
