I am a cognitive-behavioral therapist that provides empirically supported treatment for people struggling with OCD and related disorders. Treatment primarily consists of exposure and response prevention, which is the gold standard behavioral treatment for OCD. I also frequently use aspects of acceptance and commitment therapy in my work with clients. I have received extensive training in the treatment of OCD at both the Anxiety Disorders Center at the Institute of Living and the Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Institute at McLean Hospital. I am currently holding all sessions via Telehealth. I have Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology in all PSYPACT states. I do not bill insurance directly, but I can provide you with an invoice which you can submit to your insurance company. If you would like to learn more about treatment or have any questions, please feel free to give me a call at the number listed above.
