Introduction

Hello! I've had the privilege of working in many different environments and settings. From crisis intervention work, schools, groups, families -- and since 2017, the private practice setting. I love what I do and am always learning how to help my clients better. I have taken specialty trainings on CBT, Play Therapy, Child Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Grief / Trauma, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) and Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy (PAP). I believe all people have the capacity to guide themselves toward deep healing and recovery, but it can take some help to find the access points to the places within us that need the most attention.
