To create lasting change at the level of thought requires an acknowledgment and understanding of how the nervous system states influence our brain states and drive our subconscious responses to life and patterns in our relationships. I work to help my clients find emotional and spiritual wellness through learning how to manage and navigate the emotional challenges in life. I do this through understanding and working with the nervous system and the body as well as building awareness and challenging thoughts and deeper core beliefs. When working with me you will find a safe and honest place to re-discover yourself & the stories and patterns that are keeping you stuck. I believe each of us are the healers of our own lives and therapy is a place to learn. I also am a certified yoga teacher and through that training specialize in guided meditation, incorporating breathwork to support emotional, physical and spiritual healing pathways.
