Introduction

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, with specialized training in career, EMDR, Crisis Response and Grief. I am a mother, a wife, a worker, an entrepreneur and have experienced many years of life challenges, including career indecision. All of these roles continue to increase my ability to EMPATHIZE with my clients and PARTNER with them to find a solution-focused treatment approach. I am a Nationally Certified Counselor and a Certified Employee Assistance Professional. There are few things more exciting than witnessing a client take the first step towards real change. Transitioning onto a new personal or professional path can also be stressful, confusing, overwhelming and frustrating - having an empathetic partner in this process can provide the support, motivation and encouragement necessary for success! I ask STRATEGIC questions resulting in clarifying answers. I provide SUPPORT, motivation and accountability in meeting goals. I BELIEVE in clients even when they have forgotten how to believe in themselves. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey!
