Ralph works with individuals, couples, and families. Ralph helps his clients address a variety of concerns and specializes in men's issues, anxiety, OCD, depression, stress, bipolar disorder, life adjustment issues (life coaching), and cultural issues overlapping mental health. Ralph believes in working with clients to create a safe environment and uses a strength-based approach to mental health treatment. Sam has been working in the social work field for 8 years. They strongly believe in building rapport and trust within the therapeutic relationship, walking alongside their clients on their personal growth, and being an honest sounding board. They specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ teens (ages 13+) and adults, trauma processing, depression, anxiety, grief, DID, PTSD, and relationship and family issues. Sam is certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and works with a strength-based focus. Sam is a relational therapist, meaning they will pull from different theories to fit their client's specific needs and situations. These theories include, but are not limited to, DBT, CBT, Feminist Empowerment, Narrative, Humanistic, and Systemic. Sam works with clients in Illinois and Texas.
